Sports Frames Europe - Returns & Refund Policy
At Sports Frames Europe, we want you to be completely happy with your purchase. If you need to return an item, our policy allows you to do so within a clear and fair timeframe.
Returns Period
You have 30 days from the date you receive your order to request a return. To be eligible for a return, your item must:
- Be in the same condition you received it
- Be in the original packaging
- Be accompanied by proof of purchase
If these conditions are met, we’ll be happy to help with your return.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
Please inspect your order as soon as it arrives. If your item arrives damaged, defective or incorrect, contact us immediately with a photo of the damge so we can resolve the issue quickly.
Exchanges
If you simply want to exchange an item:
- Request a return for the original item
- Once approved, place a new order for the replacement
This ensures you receive the correct product as quickly as possible. Unless the return is due to a fault on our part, the cost of return postage will be your responsibility.
Please note that bespoke products (that is, made to the customer's specified dimensions) are non-refundable.
Refunds
If you change your mind and decide to return your order, return shipping will be your responsibility unless the item is damaged or incorrect. Once we receive and inspect your return:
- We’ll notify you of the outcome
- If approved, a refund will be processed automatically back to your original payment method
- Please allow time for your bank or card provider to complete the transaction - processing times can vary
How to Start a Return
To begin a return:

Please include your order number and reason for return. After approval, we will provide full instructions on how and where to send your item.
Important: Items sent back without first requesting and receiving a return approval cannot be accepted.
